Highly visible Workhorse Series™ Stat Alerts can be raised and locked into an “alert” position to quickly communicate chart status to staff. Our pull tab alerts are constructed of easy-to-clean, durable poly. Titles are permanently printed on the tab and won’t fade or wear off.

Each flag alert sheet can hold up to 5 flag alerts per page. Each alert sheet is available with our without a tab (simply specify when ordering).
